Easter Sunday 4th April, 2010. The Sunday Computer Market will operate it's market at the Corinda High School from 9am until 12 midday. The Activities Hall is located at 46 Pratten Street, Corinda (a suburb of Brisbane, Qld, Aust)

Up to 20 traders will sell new and used computer equipment, such as Computers, LCD screens, motherboards, memory, cases, software, ink, games, movies, blank disks - CD & DVD, games consoles and accessories, USB devices and more.

A small entry fee of $3.30 inc GST helps defray the cost of Public Liability. There are discounts for senior citizens, pensioners and full-time students. Those under 16 yrs are free, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Looking for new vendors

Do you live in South-East Queensland, Australia?

Currently I have businesses selling computer hardware and one individual selling dual Simms mobile telephones.

The Sunday Computer Market does all the hard work, such as Advertising, promotions, supplying a mobile EFTPOS machine and referring leads to you.

There are three options to marketing yourself at my venues.

1.. Promote your business my renting floor space and you supply your own display material. You just have to hand out flyers to the passing trade. All venues are inside an building.

New venue for Sunday Computer Market

Due to the Airport Link tunnel construction, I have had to close the Aviation High School as a venue for the 4th Sunday of the month's 'Sunday Computer Market'.

Currently, I any trying to find a suitable venue to relocate the market.

Please note the venue needs:

400 sq metres in floor area
Ample power sockets
Parking for at least 80 vehicles
Must be on Brisbane's north or south side, but not the western suburbs

Hi. My name is Chris Wilkes and I operate the Sunday Computer Market.

The Sunday Computer Market is where I organise the venue /advertising and bring together approximately 25 vendors who sell their own new or used computer equipment.

These vendors are a collection of:
People wanting to set up a computer sales business
Existing computer stores wanting to increase their business
Private people just wanting to get rid of the old computer equipment.

Barry from (Disks'R'Us), the vendor in the foreground with the red T-shirt is hard at work selling blank media and accessories.

There is usually 95 tables crammed with computer equipment and accessories.

During this market, the local Yamaguchi Goju Kai Karate club operates a sausage sizzle. I am also a member of the Karate club. My karate instructor, Derek Sharkey also makes a mean Bacon and Egg burger.

You will find the usual computer equipment at the Sunday Computer Market.
